Doctor Katarzyna Majzner performs the role of Project Team Leader. She is responsible for the planning and implementation of all the tasks carried out under the Team-Net Project. She is also accountable for reporting and taking care of the fluent execution of the research and supporting all activities in terms of their merits.

Doctor Aleksandra performs the role of Postdoctoral Researcher in the Team-Net Project. She is continuing her work after PhD dissertation. She is involved in the investigation of is involved in the analysis of individual T-cell subtypes, of their activation and macrophage polarization.

Doctor Sylwia Orzechowska performs the function of Postdoctoral Researcher in the Team-Net Project. She is involved in the investigation of leukemia cells with the use of Raman imaging and the spectroscopic characterization of particular cell subtypes.

Ada is a Ph.D. Student in the Team-Net Project. Ada is pursuing her doctoral dissertation based on the work conducted in the Project. Her research focuses on spectroscopic characterization of leukemic in vitro models, as well as studying cell-drug interactions. Ada also explores the potential of Raman reporters in leukemia diagnosis with the use of Raman imaging (Supervisor: prof. dr hab. Małgorzata Barańska, Co-Supervisor: dr Katarzyna Majzner).

Patrycja is a Ph.D. Student in the Team-Net Project. Patrycja is pursuing her dissertation by conducting research as part of the project. In her work, she focuses on identifying specific spectral markers that enable differentiation of cancer cells isolated from patients from normal cells, as well as identification of particular subtypes of leukemia (Supervisor: prof. dr hab. Małgorzata Barańska, Co-Supervisor: dr Katarzyna Majzner). As part of the project, she complimented a master's thesis entitled "Application of Raman spectroscopy to analyze the biochemical profile of selected leukemic cells" (Supervisor: dr hab. Katarzyna M. Marzec).

Karolina is a Master's Student at the Medical Chemistry (the Faculty of Chemistry, JU). As a part of the Team-Net Project, she is working on her master's thesis entitled "Differentiation of the phenotype of B-cell and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia blasts" (Supervisor: prof. dr hab. Małgorzata Barańska).

Patrycja is a Master's Student at the Chemistry (the Faculty of Chemistry, JU). She is working on her master's thesis entitled "Spectroscopic characterization of B-cell lymphoma cells on the example of selected cell lines" (Supervisor: prof. dr hab. Małgorzata Barańska). Patrycja also was an Intern in the Raman Imaging Group as a fourth-year student at the Chemistry (the Faculty of Chemistry, JU). As a part of the Team-Net Project, she was focused on studies of spectroscopic characterization of activated lymphocytes T (Supervisor: dr Anna Nowakowska, Aleksandra Borek-Dorosz).

As a part of the Team-Net Project, she is working on her master's thesis entitled "Spectroscopic characteristics of Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia" (Supervisor: dr Katarzyna Majzner).

As a part of the Team-Net Project, she is working on her master's thesis entitled "Study of the phenotype of transfected cell lines with IDH1 and IDH2 gene mutations by Raman spectroscopy" (Supervisor: dr Anna Nowakowska).

 

Magdalena is a Bachelor's Student at the Medical Chemistry (the Faculty of Chemistry, JU). As a part of the Team-Net Project, she is working on her bachelor's thesis entitled "The use of Raman spectroscopy in the study of biochemical changes of polarized macrophages" (Supervisor: dr Anna Nowakowska).

Sviatlana was an Intern in the Raman Imaging Group at the Faculty of Chemistry, JU. As a part of the Team-Net Project, she was working on her mini-project focused on studies of spectroscopic characterization of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with the presence of the Philadelphia chromosome (Supervisor: dr Katarzyna Majzner & dr Anna Nowakowska).

 

 

As part of the project, Anna completed a master's thesis entitled "Characterization of leukocyte phenotypic variation by Raman spectroscopy" (Supervisor: dr hab. Katarzyna M. Marzec).

As part of the project, Kinga completed a master's thesis entitled "The use of Raman spectroscopy in the classification of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia - model studies using selected cell lines" (Supervisor: dr Katarzyna Majzner).
