On 3-4.11.2022, we gladly hosted the members of the consortium Team-Net from the Medical University in Lodz. ZOR and the Medical group collaboration is a part of the ongoing RAPiD project. During our meeting, we discussed our last results and the realization of the milestones. We have defined plans for the coming months, taking into account the next experiments and publications. The meeting was also enriched by a fruitful discussion on the leukemia diagnosis and medical aspects of this serious disease.

We are happy to inform you that on 20 and 21 X 2022 we hosted in our laboratories experts in microfluidics from the Institute of Physical Chemistry Polish Academy of Sciences (IPC PAS) in Warsaw. ZOR and Microfluidics group collaboration is a part of on-going RAPiD project (TEAM-Net). During the visit, we performed series of Raman measurements that aimed to test in practice microfluidic chips developed by our guests. Thanks to Dr Ladislav Derzsi, Dr. Yurii Promovych and Shreyas Vasantham for the first time we had an opportunity to perform Raman imaging of leukemia cells in a microfluidic device! Between 20 and 22 April 2022 Justyna Jakubowska, M.D. (MUL), a specialist in flow cytometry, visited our laboratories. During the visit, Justyna participated in experiments, helped develop protocols for working with cells, and gave training in the use of flow cytometry to study leukemia cells.

On 16.02.2022, a remote meeting was held between members of the Raman Imaging Group and members of the research team from the Institute of Haematology and Transfusiology in Warsaw. The meeting was aimed at discussing obtained results and planning further measurements of lymphoma cells.

Between 25.01-28.01.2022 Milena from the University of Warsaw visited our grop. During the visit SRS measurements of leukemic cells were done.
