Jagoda received her Master’s degree in 2020 at the Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University. In her work she focused on the characteristics of drug-induced phospholipidosis in vascular endothelial cells by means of Raman and fluorescence imaging. During doctoral studies, Jagoda will continue her work and focus on spectroscopic studies of cell-drug interactions in vascular endothelium as a model system.

domagala.agnieszka@doctoral.uj.edu.pl
Agnieszka received her MSc degree in medicinal chemistry in 2022 at the Faculty of Chemistry, Jagiellonian University. She worked under the supervision of Professor Małgorzata Barańska and cooperated with PhD Grzegorz Zając from the Jagiellonian Centre for Experimental Therapeutics (JCET). Her scientific interests focus on spectroscopic analysis of various biomolecular systems in use of chiroptical spectroscopy techniques (ROA, CPL, ECD). In her master’s thesis she concerned on distinguishing unmodified protein-based systems and their post-translational modifications models in use of the Eu(III) based CPL probe. Currently, Agnieszka is a PhD student of Biomedical Sciences at JCET, and she continues her research on using Circularly Polarized Luminescence and Raman Optical Activity in search of structural changes in proteins.
